We have had a short week in the Forest to start the new term. On Monday 3M made a beautiful boat and then used stones to grind chalk up to make chalk paint to make their own flags. In the afternoon 3V enjoyed using the chalk paint, pouring and filling with rain water and using the swings. The high winds on Tuesday meant that Forest school had to come inside.3L concentrated really hard using wool to make log dogs and snakes. They enjoyed making their own Forest animals using leaves, branches and cones and making and using some more chalk paint.4A watched the wind blowing in the trees and made their own storm sounds using the parachute. They finished their session by having hot chocolate while watching a lovely open fire. On Wednesday Caterpillars made nests, climbed trees and enjoyed being out in the spring rain.
