In the week leading up to the Easter Holidays and during our first week back classes have enjoyed cooking various meals over the campfire. Ladybirds and Caterpillars enjoyed singing ‘Hot Cross Buns’ while we toasted buns to eat. 3J made up some wonderful Pizza’s and this week finished their sessions with Chicken Burgers, S’mores and Hot Chocolate. 3F loved making pizza, swinging in the hammocks finishing off their sessions on Wednesday with campfire ‘Popcorn’
3B ended the week by helping to make bird feeders and the enjoying steaming bowls of campfire pasta, of course washed down with hot chocolate.
As well as all the cooking the Easter Bunny visited the Forest, hiding delicious chocolate eggs for pupils to find. Classes have also been making the most of the spring weather by reading, swinging, digging and just relaxing in the hammocks.
