We have had lots of lovely activities in the Forest recently. We celebrated National Bee day by making playdough Bees, carefully adding wings and stick stripes to their bodies. Some classes even enjoyed Honey on campfire toast. Everyone agreed that Honey is yummy! Classes have also been designing beautiful Hapa Zome prints using leaves and cookie cutters to create different shapes.
We kept it crafty by using the sun’s power to produce Solar pictures. We think they look ace.
When we haven’t been being arty we have found snails and caterpillars, cooked Pop corn, S’mores and kebabs and even sorted some recycling into different materials.
